central location helpful staff spacious room
I loved its central location and close proximity to shops. the staff was helpful. They prepared documents for shipping luggage. my room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the atrium.

the location is very convenient, especially for shopping. the room was well-kept and spacious enough. i found the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices.
the room faced a busy street , so noise was a problem early in the morning. i found the staff's english proficiency varied . the elevators were quite slow , and there was no visible staircase.

helpful staff easy access extra form
the staff shipped our cases from a previous hotel there they waited in our room upon arrival i needed to ship luggage onward staff prepared documents even an extra form because i mentioned buying another suitcase at check in the location allowed easy access to shops restaurants and the gion area.
the gym opened late at 7 am i wished for earlier access
